Conventional clean-agent units have a known failure mode: after discharge, residual heat in the cells re-ignites. Our storage suppression unit uses a pump set as the pressure source, pressurizes FK-5-1-12 and atomizes it through misting nozzles. The atomized agent continuously removes the heat generated by cell reactions, preventing heat accumulation and re-ignition.
Five in-house laboratories — EMC, gas detection, suppression performance, environmental reliability and chemical analysis — with over 200 test instruments. Production runs in an ISO 8 (Class 100,000) cleanroom workshop.
Explosion-proof side-wall fans rated Ex ec IIC T4 Gc work as one interlocked system with gas detection and the suppression control panel, venting combustible gas before it reaches explosive concentration.
Licensed for fire cylinder inspection, cylinder filling and hazardous chemicals handling — we can support your installed base through the cylinder's full service life.
