Compact, integrated protection for C&I battery cabinets — where space, cost and code compliance all matter.
Rack-mounted extinguishing devices install inside the protected cabinet. Temperature-sensing elements and electromagnetic actuators provide constant-temperature automatic start, or start on external signals — a "double insurance" arrangement. The devices connect to external smoke, heat and multi-in-one detectors, and to additional nozzles for cabin-level and PACK-level coverage.
A small-format fire alarm controller (190 × 170 × 60 mm) connects smoke, temperature and multi-in-one detectors plus sound/light alarms and emergency start/stop buttons, achieving cabin-level and PACK-level extinguishing with the paired suppression device.
The ultra-thin side-wall fan keeps occupied depth minimal — net intake depth 6 cm, net exhaust depth 12 cm — minimizing space lost inside the cabinet while preventing combustible gas accumulation.
Each PACK carries a pre-engineered FK-5-1-12 unit monitored by a heat-initiated starting cord; at the expected temperature (170 ± 10 °C) the device discharges automatically for cooling or extinguishing. The cabin level adds smoke/temperature or composite detection with cabin-level devices.
PACK-level condensed aerosol devices with 93 °C mechanical thermal detection, and cabin-level hot gas sol devices actuated by thermal cord — no pressure storage, compact, maintenance-free.
